Light Remodel

Our Light Remodel Service is for the homeowner who wants to "spruce up" a room, but does not want to completely gut and start from scratch.  We provide a free estimate, and work with you to determine the best solution to meet your desired result.  Sometimes we make suggestions that actually reduce the overall cost of the project.  And if you're stuck and not sure what to do, we can offer creative solutions.  

Sometimes, as with any remodel project, we encounter unavoidable issues.  For example, a window needing replacement may be hiding wood rot, that isn't visible until the old window is removed.   An ongoing dialogue throughout the project ensures that any concerns or necessary changes are addressed as they are identified, and that there are no surprises when the bill arrives.  We want the homeowner to play an active role in the remodel, and if you have any questions during the project, we are happy to answer them.
