About Us

Chasse Home Maintenance and Repair, Inc. is a woman-owned, family owned and operated business, incorporated in Massachusetts by Harold and Debbie Chasse in 2004.  We are fully licensed and insured.  

Harold Chasse - President

Harold is a licensed contractor, with his Massachusetts Construction Supervisor's License (MA license number 90043, exp. 4/11/08).  He has in excess of 20 years experience in home construction, repair and maintenance.  He has, in cooperation with another tradesman, built a house from the ground up.  Additionally, Harold is a registered journeyman tool maker and has extensive experience in machinery and tool and die.  Prior to co-founding CHMR, Harold spent over ten years in the private sector and over five years as a union dry wall finisher.

Harold has spent his entire career working with his hands, in virtually every area of home improvement.  He is a homeowner and understands first-hand the challenges that owning property presents.  His work ethic is unsurpassed and he approaches each project as if it were his own home.  He is committed to doing the job right; he is a true perfectionist.

Debbie Chasse - Director of Operations

Debbie Chasse has over 20 years experience in almost every aspect of business management.  Prior to co-founding CHMR, Debbie spent over 10 years focused on technical project management.  She started her business career in accounting in the private sector, and has held several positions as office manager.  She spent four years as a software/hardware computer technician for a national company.  Additionally, she has held several customer support positions, including telephone support of highly complex computer software.  She has her undergraduate degree in English from the University of Massachusetts and her MBA from Bentley College.

Debbie has a unique understanding of the importance of customer service in business.  She continually strives to overcome the customer service challenges inherent in the industry, and works hard to exceed customer expectations.  Debbie appreciates the importance of customer satisfaction, and is focused on building lasting customer relationships.
